I am going to give two opposite examples of customer treatment.

Next I want to focus on things that are important to make customer happy.

First example is a "phone call to customer service"

I had problems with the service and I called customer service for assistance.

I was welcomed first by IVR system and after one minute of pressing keys I was given a message that my call was important and next I was listening and paying to the music for about 30 minutes before conversation started. The customer service representative could not solve my problem, did not know what they offer and was not nice. I asked for his name and this resulted in disconnection.

I did not have a feeling I was a King.

It is not possible to find free ".com" domain for commonly used words. So we have to look for more unique and this will take some time.  In order to succeed I suggest systematic approach that I define bellow. This can take several session and few days. I guarantee that using this method you will be able to find huge number of ideas for your domain name to be able to choose from.

• Find keywords first
• Prepare cards
• Find names
• Test names
• Register your domain

Find keywords first

Keywords

1. Take list of topics, product and services and description your subject your site is going to address and make a list of keywords from it.

2. Substitute long words with shorter words for example word "perfect"  could be replaced by "best"

3. Choose more meaningful words for group of words that have similar meaning, for example: "revenue", "income", "increase" could be replaced by word "profit"

Who thinks that job is important subject in his/her life? Job is important for most of us. When we are running a business we are also in permanent job hunting. However if we are top talent we do not have to worry about.

Status quo
The situation on the job market gets worst due to downsizing of global economy. As the result of crisis many position disappear forever. People loose job for following reasons:

• Too long assignment
• Too small experience
• Too high salary

We use computers. Therefore we have computer files. But there is a cloud - computer cloud.  It can do a lot and be used as a virtual storage.
It has also feelings. Look at the message I got few days ago: "Recently your  Dropbox has been feeling kind of lonely :-( ". A human cannot ignore so warm message. Three main criteria to make decision on using the cloud are: safety, capacity and price.

Safety
One of the most important factors is data safety.  We can lose pen drive or can be broken or stolen by competitors. All ideas can go forever to nowhere.  I do not have any data backups.  But how many backups we need and how often?  According to Global Backup Survey in 2009 majority of the respondents do not have any backup and two of every three respondents lost pictures or files. Computer cloud stores our data and does backups. So the key problem is solved.

Have you seen Formula 1 race on TV? Have you been to Formula 1 event?
Formula 1 is fascinating but also risky mainly for the drivers. Lets have a closer look together at this sport and it's safety.

Formula 1 is the highest class of single-seater auto racing.  There is no cover in the car over the driver. It is called open-wheel car.

This sport follows rules defined by FIA "Federation Internationale de l'Automobile". FIA was established in 1904.  It has headquarter in France.  62 years have passed since the inaugural season that was in 1950.

Sebastian Vettel from Red Bull Racing is the champion. He won last two seasons. Fernando Alonso from Ferrari won last weekend race in Valencia and he is current leader of this season.
